NW Corner of 63rd & Penn

The long-vacant Corporate Gardens office building on the NW corner of NW 63rd & Penn in Nichols Hills will soon be demolished; it has been marked with "MW" for Midwest Wrecking that appears days before they raze a building.

It's been owned for some time by Broadway View LLC and just recently a small contiguous parcel was purchased at auction by the same group, and the County Assessor shows the mailing address to be 501 NW Grand, which is the HQ for MidFirst. The additional property is an abandoned well and sold by the City of Nichols Hills.

It will not be a MidFirst branch.
They are leveling the building, sodding the site, landscaping with trees & a Nichols Hills entry sign.
By paying for the demo & landscaping, MidFirst is eliminating a current eyesore, but maintains the rights to build a 2 story office building in the future with similar setbacks.

I would be very surprised to see a new MF branch there. It's awfully close to their current location on Grand.

Will look nice, green spaces should always be encouraged in this city.

Thank God something is being done about this building. It is an eyesore that sticks out like neon because of where it is.
