I am trying to remember the name of the place where they had arcade games and car racing when I used to go when I was a kid, I think it was on I-35, I think maybe near Mcdonald's or pass Mcdonald's?

It was on I-35 between SE 44th and SE 51st. It was where the huge section of vacant land is in front of the storage place is today. They are still around in California, Texas and Georgia.

They had great water slides there, prior to the opening of White Water. Not as high, but set into a hillside with some tunnels, and other cool twists.
