They're moving quite a bit of dirt on SW 44th across from Hobby Lobby on the east side of the railroad tracks. There's also a construction trailer. Any idea what they're getting ready to build?

It's a 180,000 SF building for Hobby Lobby.

They call it their "IS Building" which probably means it's a data center.

The drawing over emphasizes the size of the creek, but if this is a data center, putting it next to any sort of water is a bone-head move.

I believe the drawing is pointing out either an area around it that can't have any construction or its potential growth during heavy rains.
