    Investor Buys 70+ Acres at Remington Park
    NID Corp. Sells Acreage in Entertainment District for $1.3 Million

    The DeBartolo family's NID Corp. has sold 73.57 acres in Oklahoma City specifically zoned for the Remington Park Entertainment District to locally based investment group Remington Landing LLC for $1.3 million, or about $17,670 per acre. The deal closed on August 17.

    The land is comprised of two tracts located just off Interstate 44, between N. Martin Luther King Ave. and Interstate 35. The area is known as the Adventure District due to nearby attractions including Remington Park Racing Casino, the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, Omniplex Science Museum, the National Softball Hall of Fame and Museum and the Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden

    The buyer has not disclosed development plans.

    Michael Webb of Oklahoma City-based Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the seller, while Craig Musgrave of Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented the buyer.
