Anyone know what's being developed in the SW corner of Britton and the I-35 Frontage road? More warehouse. Because I got a fever, and the only cure is more warehouse.

It will be a distribution center of some type. Occupants name was not on the building permit.

I remember when there used to be a destination resort/golf course planned for this intersection. Was there any plans for it or was it all conceptual?

Pete, do you know the status of the development down the road at the SW corner of Hefner and I-35? It was a hotel and amazon center?

Amazon leased some space in an existing warehouse building on the NE corner of Hefner and I-35.
