True 24/7 HVAC and plumber?

Can anybody recommend a true 24/7 HVAC and plumbing company? Not someone that just has a "leave your number and we'll get back to you" (if we feel like it) after hours. Looking for someone that actually answers the phone and can actually dispatch somebody after normal business hours, thanks...

I can say about five years ago we called Mullen for a problem we had at my father’s house on Thanksgiving day. Might have been before they sold out to Neighborly Companies, but they came out within a couple hours of our call and fixed the issue. Something like $500 for a couple hours work….but we had zero room (or desire, in reality) to complain.
