Anyone know what's going in at this location? It's got one of those two foot tall black tarp material like walls held up by wooden steaks from the Union Pacific tracks, to the intersection, to about 1,000 feet east.

Drove by this morning on my way to work and I noticed that they have been clearing out trees on the property.

My guess is some more industrial headquarters.

You can sure tell where the oil activity is in OK by what side of town the oilfield service companies are going in. Drive from Sara Rd and Reno or 10th St west and you'll see the new company buildings going in everywhere. West Okc is booming b/c Western OK is booming. Can't be a bad thing for home values out here.

Yep, IPS just opened a new coil tubing facility right up the way from my employer.
