This illustration shows where the the dragstrip, the drag boat racing lake, and the oval track would be in relation to the Lucky Star Casino. These 3 venues would be the first ones built. The road racing courses and motocross and off road courses would be built in phase 2.

This would be awesome. I've always hated when the fair got rid of the dirt track. Having other options is great.
