Does anyone have any info on the Thunder Burger going into the old Whataburger at Heritage Park?

I know it better be a really good burger and they better do some advertising if they plan to make it more than a few months at that location.

What little they've done to the building leads me to believe it's going to be a dive. Which could be a good thing if they put more effort into their burgers than they have the building. Pre-made frozen patties aren't going to cut it though.
