Development behind the OnCue on 29th and Sooner

Noticed the two big piles of dirt behind OnCue when I stopped for gas. Anybody know whats going in there?

That should be the Dairy Queen.

High end automatic car wash and restaurant pad sites south of OnCue. dQ west of OnCue.

Agreed. That's my neighborhood so I was concerned initially when I heard carwash because I envisioned the typical self serve with loud music hangout that seems to be so popular...but automatic tunnel style sounds good to me.

The automatic down toward 89th street is ok but the one south of 44th doesn't even knock the salt scum off.....
