That piece is owned by Casey’s Marketing Company.

I’d imagine it will be a Casey’s General Store.

Oh, I was hoping it was going to be the 7-Eleven across the street moving with a larger and improved store. I've been to Casey's once, guess I'll have to try their pizza.
