Thread: El Pollon Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken

Default El Pollon Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken

This place has been open for a few months, and while not that big, it is about as authentic of a peruvian restaurant that you can find. I went there once, and had some strange lamb dish, and it was not bad at all. They have great ceviche for those fish and shrimp lovers. You have to ask for it though, because it is not on the menu. The people are also really nice.

it is on sw44th just east of penn

I just listed all my "favorite" things there but realized it was the entire menu. Great stuff. Go. It is good for you...

I'm sticking to the #7 @ Cafe Antiqua.

Ditto, although I hear El Pollon is pretty good stuff. I'd also recommend El Pollo Chulo.

I hope to try it out this weekend.

Does anyone know if they serve Beer?
I looked at a menu photo'd online and didn't see any listed.

Thumbs up to El Pollon. It's fantastic, some of the best chicken I've ever had and the sauces/sides are to die for.

Decided to stop in for lunch and try the chicken. The food and service are still as good as earlier posted. Will definitely be trying more of the menu.
