I-40 & Portland

Anyone know whats going on near I-40 and Portland by White Water Bay where the Mathis Brothers Sleep Studio (I think thats what it was used to be, all I know is that it was demolished)?
I tried searching to figure out what it is that they're going to build but was unable to find the answer.
