Rock Creek/Heatherwood

I know the entrance to these neighborhoods were directly impacted by the tornado and that new home construction is mostly underway in Heatherwood. Good for them.

Rock Creek didn't have any homes taken out by the tornado but some of the homes in the front of the neighborhood are starting to look rough. Some roofs still have blue tarps across part of them and a mailbox at one home has been laying on it's side for over a month now.

Is the HOA doing anything to push these homes to clean up? It seems the "older" section of Rock Creek is really going downhill.

my sister lives in the front (rock creek) and had damage, all hers is cleaned up. one house is in foreclosure and looks pretty bad, it is the house the man killed himself in about a year or so ago and nothing has been done to it since. One house the people are trying to sell (which I would not buy since it had a lot of damage). I mentioned it awhile back that the front part of rock creek has gotten pretty bad. My sister likes living their though, but it even if she didn't it would be kind of hard for her to get up and move due to health reasons
