Really looks nice.
OKC didn't build a 'Dallas' size Omni but it's a sign we a moving in the right direction with the new convention center and garage.
Should make us competitive as a convention market once we get past Covid-19. Anxious to see 'The Peake' rocking in 2022 when many of the DT construction projects (BancFirst, The National) will be completed.
Booked a weekend night here is Feb for a small staycation. Looking forward to checking it out.
Rates on their website look incredibly reasonable. $161 a night.
Book direct and sign up for their Select Guest program. I got a $159/night rate for Valentines Day Weekend.
I got a premier King room on a saturday night for ~$214 including taxes. I booked directly thru website after signing up for rewards program https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/ok...E&gclsrc=aw.ds
If you are eligible for one of the discount codes you can save a little more. Using the senior discount (55+) I got a premier room in the middle of Feb for 204, all taxes included.
The fencing is down... After all this time it looks strange (from Saturday):
this really turned out great
Last night:
That looks so good! We need more LEDs in this city!
Can Devon please hire these installers? lol
I cannot wait for COVID to be over and the Omni and Convention Center be super busy with guest into OKC. Cannot wait.
Reservations for Bob's opens late next week!
I think those colors were due to the thunder game last night ^^^.
Beautiful pics! What and where is that last one?
https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/ok.../double-double
Offering walk-up service from Robinson Avenue, Double Double will serve hotel guests, Scissortail Park visitors and locals alike – it will be the perfect place for those looking for a delicious bite to-go. The menu will focus on mouthwatering burgers, fries and shakes. Offering a selection of mainstream and popular old-fashioned sodas and ice cream float selections.
Thanks, I thought I had heard of all the amenities, but wasn't aware of Double-Double.
Thought maybe In-N-Out decided to pull a fast one at the last minute.
In the one picture of the entrance canopy, you can see large puddles underneath it...
The big skylights were leaking badly due to the snow.
A park adjacent burger joint that won't (I assume) be closed for most of the year? What a refreshing change from Ice House in Myriad Gardens.
