    During a year I will reduce the price to $2000 for OKC if I can not find buyers.

    Sam, I'm going to offer you some advice.
    A good capitalist does not tell his customers he will drop the price.
    Your model is like a fine piece of art. Let the market decide if it is worth the price you are asking. The market might pay it. Do not let potential customers know you are uncertain of your price.

    There are people in this town who got very rich by doing the following:
    Let's say the item for sale is worth $5,000.
    They go on television and tell customers their item was originally priced at $10,000, and it's "MARKED WAY DOWN" and can be purchased for $7,000.
    That, my friend, is capitalism.
