From their webcam this morning... Working on the 12th and final floor.
What a great shot!
On my commutes home from the Del City area, this building is pretty prominent on the north side of the skyline while driving I-35 over the river. Pretty cool addition.
Is the hotel only for the members of the club or will it be open for public bookings?
I don't know about the club here specifically, but in my experience with a few east coast university-affiliated clubs it will be only for members of the club (and other people who qualify such as spouses, children, etc.) and (where the value proposition of something like this can make more sense if you travel a lot) members of "partner" clubs across the country/world, often at the low end of market rates for rooms with the benefits of the amenities of the club, great accommodations, and in prime locations in the relevant city.
They have already started to add cladding to the east side of the building...
I'll try and get a photo soon.
Does anyone know the height of the Citizen compared to the height of the former Alfred P. Murrah building? I am curious if the Citizen is taller and by how much. TIA
The Citizen will be 12 stories - 178 ft in height.

They have started installation of the outer skin today. Looks nice.
They are adding panels fairly quickly.

Thank you!
Was on my photography list for this weekend.
That looks pretty sexy.
That’s going to look really slick when it’s complete. It’s great seeing larger lots get built up at once, but this going up on a smaller lot gives me optimism that developers here are starting to figure out the vitality of high density structures developing in vertical sections rather than shorter, horizontal developments that come out to the sidewalk but feel like monolithic structures with a single use + a coffee shop.

Yes! I was so happy to see this go up on a pretty small lot. This corner looks so legit with this one mid rise going up and I hope it inspires more projects like it!
The lot is very small. When it was a surface parking lot, there were not many spaces present, it was that small. They have gotten this thing up fast. I work across the street and park in the Heritage Garage, and I have just been amazed at how fast it has gone up. From the looks of it, I believe they will be topped out by the end of next week, or early the week after. And they are skinning the structure very quickly. And the skin has the windows already integrated from what I can see. So I suspect by Thanksgiving it will be skinned. Just crazy. I think they have moved up the opening to spring of '24 they have gone so quickly.
