Right around 2,000 SF, but there will be a large patio in front as well.

Was by there. Now that it is closed in it looks way bigger than it did just framed out. Looks good.

They actually took down the old framing and expanded.

Pete, do we have any time-frames on possible announcements of new tenants?

Dang, this is soooo disappointing to hear. I was super excited to have an Alo store here. Ask anyone in the fitness industry and Alo is tops for apparel. And if you look at the business at Lulu and Athleta over at Classen Curve, it's clear we have the market here to support it.

I honestly thought it was too good to be true when I saw the building wraps go up at Oak, and ... well, to quote Ian Malcom, "I hate being right all the time."

Really hope Oak can find something comparable in the apparel world to fill that spot. Maybe find an up-and-coming brand? Let's just make sure we keep it a secret from Simon until the ink is officially dry.

Alo may be going to Penn Square; it's not for sure they won't be coming to OKC at all.

They may just be parroting the rumors/assumptions discussed here and elsewhere, but have had employees of both Williams Sonoma and Lively say that they have been told Shake Shack is confirmed. Not that it's a surprise, but hopefully means it will be publicly announced soon.

Here are more details of exactly how North Italia will be placed within the development.

There will be a large patio on the south side overlooking an open area.

I believe they are close to signing another new-to-market restaurant for one of the other free-standing spots.

We have one of those here in Orlando. Seeing that they make their own pasta, I definitely want to try it. Seems a great addition to an already awesome development.

Looks like there is a valet area directly east of North Italia.

When Mesero, RH Gallery, and N.I. join Tommy Bahama and Capital Grille, the dining options alone will draw huge crowds.

And they still have at least 3 more prime spots to fill.

I hope they have plenty of capacity in that parking structure because the surface lots will be easily overwhelmed.

I’m guessing that office building isn’t coming for sometime? Or perhaps they are rethinking the entire thing altogether?

I told my wife last night that this was coming to OKC and she had it twice in Dallas and loved it. I have never had it, but have heard good things. And it's always good to get new to market retail.

As stated several times before, there is no market for new, expensive office space.

They may have a little in the salvaged part of the old Registry Building.

Talked about this in depth a couple of pages back. I think if they are going to build a 10 story office building, they aren't going to do it without an anchor tenant taking up 5-6 floors, at least. There is so much office space out there already that they don't need it right now. For now, build up the retail, get fully rented and if demand improves, build an office building. They still have the old Red Carpet across the street that they own and several other houses to the west they have purchased with the plan to tear them down and add more to the development. So, the office space may come someday, but would assume not anytime soon.

OK, I was just wondering. I do recall that discussion and I know there is not much demand at all for office space. I guess we’re gonna have that parking lot for a while.

Nothing is on the horizon that is going to warrant a nice, new (and thus expensive) office building in that area for the foreseeable future.

50 Penn is right across the street and Valliance is a few blocks away, and they both have plenty of room.

I’ve been to the North Italia in Denver a few times. I don’t typically eat at chains but this one is pretty good. I was hoping True Food could make its way into this development.
