Could this calm period mean we are geting ready for a big shaker?

Possibly or that the pressure has been released to the point where there isn't much left.

Was there by any chance an earthquake today on the southside?

About 10 minutes ago I heard something falling on my skylight and rolling around. I thought it may have been some seeds from the tree or something. I walked over to that part of the house and it happened again, the entire skylight and room shook. I went outside to see if a limb fell, nothing, no damage or anything. The panels of the skylight (already damaged from the hail) were shaking back and forth in their notches. I can't for the life of me figure out what happened.

I am not sure if big is a good way to describe a 3.3, that is barely on verge a human may notice one might be happening, and even that depends on what you are doing at the time.

Knocked a bunch of frames off of my shelves last night. Both of the ones I felt were huge.

I knew something made the house "pop" and the cat jumped. Now I know why.
