I have also been curious as to when this is opening, since it about a mile or so from my house. I figured the best way to find out an answer was to reach out to them directly on their "Contact Us" page on their website, so I sent in a message requesting an update on the opening date. They replied today, and here is their response to me:

Looks like they are getting close. Drive thru was full today at lunch, with boards indicating it was a "Training Session". Maybe a soft open? Anyway, it's a good sign.

The salad and go app shows Wednesday as their first day with listed hours.
