Our polling place, St. Luke's Methodist Church, handed out both governor and SQ/judge ballots. Right in front of me was a lady who got really upset that she couldn't circle the "yes" and then write "YES!" onto the SQ ballot. It was only when the poll worker told her that not filling in the box per the instructions would result in her vote being invalidated did she relent and go back to do it properly.
Nope, that's not at all what the procedure is. Not sure what it actually is, but that most likely ain't it (I would assume it would be to collect the ballots and count them later when it's fixed or somewhere else if it can't be fixed, and that may actually be what they're doing, but I doubt they'd let a voter do it themselves). Was that pic taken at an OK polling place today? If so, you should forward that to the OK Election Board and give them the details if you know them.
A friend encountered it in a ballot place in Norman (I think). He did forward a complaint to the Election Board.
Tiny sample of precincts reporting and YES is up 10% so far. Fingers crossed...
Yes, Vox.com showing 7% of precincts in and 55/45 yes.
Also, Mick is getting about 30% of the vote with Lamb and Stitt neck-and-neck at 24%
Now 13% in and still holding at 55/45.
Looks like this will easily pass.
and then there's this.

Not gonna count the chickens just yet. Nothing would surprise me
Seems to be staying fairly steady in the 55/45 range....per ok.gov:
910 of 1951 Precincts Reporting (46.6%)
Yes Votes: 187,778 (55.26%)
No Votes: 152,046 (44.74%)
Feeling pretty good with 47% of the precincts in and a 9 point margin.
I thought it would pass by a wider margin, but still looks like smooth sailing.
Went to my polling station and magically my name, the name of the guy in front of me and the name of another guy further up the line were not in the eligible voter books.
Then the lady volunteering at the check-in says this has been happening all day - names unexplainably not in the books.
I was told I could fill out a provisional ballot, but that "it might not count" anyway. I was literally the last person in line at my polling location.
I called the Oklahoma County Election Board and they looked me up and said they couldn't explain why I wasn't in the book.
* In hindsight I should have filled out the provisional ballot. But, after hearing some polling stations were withholding ballots with SQ788 on them, I lost all confidence in our system and left.
Looks like we may be able to call it now? 64% of Precincts reporting.
1258 of 1951 Precincts Reporting
Yes Votes: 266,732 (55.58%)
No Votes: 213,158 (44.42%)
Crazy turnout (number of votes) for a primary for sure.
Is there a resource to show county-by-county results? I'm curious how each county voted on this.
Wow, even with Pettis in very serious legal trouble, he's still getting 20% of the vote for County Commissioner and may force a run-off between the two candidates above him.
Also, looks like Mick is going to hang on but the real battle is right below between Lamb and Stitt.
