Yeah, or a mattress store sells multiple brands, including Tempur-Pedic.

True, I had just assumed they were not sold at regular mattress stores, but I could be thinking of SleepNumber or something else. Oh, well.

You can buy Temper-Pedic at Mathis Bros.

That's what i'm thinking. Feels like it should be in a strip mall not here. Unless its like a high-end showroom type store?

    That's exactly what it is.

Their locations in DFW are generally in high-end centers.

Any word on rental prices for the apartments? I looked at their website and didn’t see anything yet.

Not yet, but they are going to start pre-leasing next month.

I’m taking it you haven’t been to the shopping areas where other ones are.

He wants Fendi and Prada to open there.

From the looks of the current state of construction, it seems good progress has been made on the hotel, Arhaus, Capital Grille, Pottery Barn and Tommy Bahama (both restaurant and store). All should all be in good shape to open this fall, along with the at least the north section of apartments.

No real work has commenced on William Sonoma, Messero, Blue Mercury, or any other tenants apart from RH Gallery which won't be ready until 2025.

Many of the fences are now down as they start to put in the streets and sidewalks.

Is there any way you can ever hope to shop, for real, in such a development?

Not sure what you are asking. There will be quite a bit of retail shopping there.

(In my Mack Brown voice) "Let me answer that for Chris."

I'm guessing the inference is that the Tempur-Pedic snark indicates the poster suggests that any business that advertises in mass media is too low brow for this "High Class-Practically Rodeo Drive East" development.

The GM at the Lively Hotel posted a photo of their crew at Lively Beerworks and discussed a partnership. Seems like a good idea.
