cranes
I think they'll eventually have to as the building will likely be more than 100 feet and you have LOTS of windows to install.
Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
Their first priority was the underutilized YMCA Parking Garage and the news of the streetcar being on that route.
Hope the Gaylord Branch Downtown Y can get enough funds from the parking revenues to put their sauna & steam rooms back into operation. Really miss those amenities following my workout.
Hope there's ample parking available once Heartland occupies the garage. Y Members will eventually lose the surface parking south of Y once that lot is developed.
If you frequent that branch, you need to contact the front desk for a parking sticker and key code to enter the garage. Once had to use the garage during a hail storm.

It's the same process as the Monarch Building.
Common with mid-rise office buildings.
345 jobs?
How much is the land + building cost, 20-40 million?

Pete is there another floor or is this it?
Yes, there are only 5 levels of steel thus far with 2 more to come.
Okay cool. Now they can buy Together Square from OG&E and build those towers
I see this company expanding rapidly here & eventually need a bigger space...I can see them adding more floors or even building a new tower within the next 3-5 years.
Remember, Global is HQ'd in Atlanta and only Heartland -- a company they acquired a few years ago -- is based in OKC.
Floors 6 & 7 steel skeleton are being added this week. The south end is topped out.
