I believe we'll see something like this on the west garage at West Village around the 21c.

How long will it take for them to do the exterior designs of the parking garage?

Should go pretty quickly.

Typically, they are just pre-fab panels that are attached to the concrete structure.

I'm sure they are very anxious to get this finished as tenants are starting to move in the building, and they will have many more people needing parking than previously, due to the expansion and former larger percentage of vacancy.

wow... it's only been a couple months since i've last been to blu's barbecue... and the lot next to it was just scraped dirt the last time i was there. that garage has gone up quickly.

Pete, in the renderings on the signage in front of the building there appears to be a railing and people walking on the rooftop, but nothing I've seen in real life, including your pics, indicates anything like that. You know what's up with that?

I am assuming there is still an outer cladding to be applied. If you look at the two pictures:





And look under the cladding in the rendering, it looks an awful lot like what has been built so far.
