Russian Sam, expect an email from Creative Oklahoma... they've had second thoughts.
Do some research on what you need to get a tourist visa to Oklahoma City.

I am eagerly awaiting word from Russian Sam on whether he's prepared to accept an invitation to visit our city ... some cool things are going on behind the scenes
^^ Such as?
Steve thank you for organization of connecting between me, Dennis and Kathy. Now we are discuss my trip and I am in waiting for official invitation from Creativity Forum. I hope all will be good!
Wouldn't it be great if we could meet Russian Sam and see his model in person?
Great news! I got a visa and come to Oklahoma from 13 to 20 November. I will be glad to see you.
Congrats Sam! Glad you'll have a chance to come to OKC!
FYI Speaking of buildings everyone should check out the building on on the NE corner of NW 10th and Broadway. There is a Lego exhibit coming for the holidays. Pretty cool Lego building of OKC buildings.
Yes, Congratulations Sam. I hope you enjoy your visit to Oklahoma City and America.
Please have a good time, ask questions, and take in all that you can. Maybe you can get a student visa or something from Oklahoma City University and make OKC your home, Im sure you can find a mentor to help.
Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
Thank you, guys!
It is possibly?
I have tons of questions!
1. Do you have in OKC automobile museum?
2. In which buildings can go up to see the city from above? Chase Tower?
3. I would like to place flowers to national memorial and visit OKC National Memorial Museum. Can it be done?
I hope Sam does make it to the Memorial and place flowers. I placed some in the Garden of Sorrow in Piskarevsky Cemetery in his hometown in 1993...one of the main reasons I went there on my way to Mamayev Kurgan to see 'Motherland Calls'...
I don't think any of the downtown buildings offer a view of the city to the public....only if you work there.
One of the best ways to see the city from above is to take a discovery flight in a small airplane. Oklahoma Aviation gives these for about $90/hour and they're out at Wiley Post Airport. On the discovery flight, you'll be sitting in the front seat and the pilot will also let you fly the airplane. It's incredibly fun.....here's the company that gives these.

There's also another company called Air One at the same airport that provides something similar...but it looks like those are $250/hr but you can take up to 3 people on the flight so that's something. I know the owner of Air One and he's very cool so you might call him and see if he would be willing to make you a deal for just you.....if that's what you want to do.
