    Agreed. It's often hard to read humor into words on a screen. I take no offense from keyboard warriors and hope no one takes offense from me. <shrug>

    Also, it doesn't take an expert to weed out the Influencers and Content Creators who these companies pay to talk about their experiences. Plenty of sources will let you know a great place to stay and the quality you get for the price.

    I didn't stay at a holiday inn express last night, so I'm no expert, but the footprint of this building appears small enough to me that it could be repurposed into apartments if the office space doesn't work out. Certainly would have plenty of parking and its right in front of a streetcar stop.
