I did tonight. Great food and lots of promise for success. Here is my review.

Service was very rough especially for a Monday night at 7 pm. They were not packed. I won't go into much detail as they have only been open 2 1/2 weeks and self admittedly, they are working on it. Long wait on drinks and apps. Med well v. rare steaks, no check back for basic items. However, they self admittedly knew they were having a rough evening and they are working hard to improve this so will chalk up to learning pains.. The staff were very friendly and pleasant,

The space is beautiful and doesn't feel crowded. I requested not to be sat at the row of tables between the bar and the kitchen as it is the busiest area of the restaurant as you are sitting right in front of where every server picks up their food. We were sat back in the more dining room type space and was great. The restaurant is cold so bring a sweater, (I so sound like my parents )

The drink menu is creative and the server did a great job with recommendations. I was going to get wine but started with cocktail based on her rec. Glad I did as the Lost in Translation made with Japanese whisky was a show stopper. My wife does not care for whisky and really liked it. it had great note of fresh citrus that blended with the honey. My son had The Spiced Pear which was basically drinking sweet fresh pear juice. He had a second one as it tasted so great. My daughter had the One Last Kiss which was a raspberry drink that was also excellent but is made with fevertree tonic which I don't care for. If you like the taste of tonic on the end...this drink is for you. We had a question on a few bottles of wine and the bar manager came and answered them. Her description of the bottle we chose was accurate and on point.

On to the food. The sticky wings were the best part of the meal. 6 drums for $12. the wings were mid size and coated with a sweet sticky sauce that was bursting with flavor. The chicken was cooked just right giving a crispy skin with a juicy hot meat inside. My daughter had the beef wellington and it was cooked perfectly and flavorful. Not sure at $60 that it stood out enough to have again when there are other excellent options. My son's strip was ordered rare (literally asked the server to slap it on the ass and send it out) but came out med well. When we finally got close to a rare steak (med rare), it had a great meaty flavor with subtle notes of garlic. Was juicy and the right amount of tenderness for a strip. My lovely bride had the chicken milanese which was a fried cutlet with prosciutto. Was very delightful with crispy crust and juicy meat inside. Wife completely enjoyed it. The sides were enjoyed to the point that the leftovers were taken home.

Finally Sooner guru....the fish and chips. Solid large piece of clean white fish with good batter, Excellent tartar sauce. the Chips were odd as they were like a homefry that was so soft in the middle the kids thought they were mashed inside. It was good but there wasn't anything stand out about the dish flavorwise other than being perfectly prepared. Would not be my first choice for fish and chips but was acceptable and well prepared.

Overall thoughts was we will be back as was an excellent meal but not sure i would order signature items. None of the food was bad but just some items stood out as more fantastic. Will definitely go back for the cocktails. I think they will get their service in order as they were aware of the issues but if they don't....will struggle at their price range and competition in the area. The space is beautiful and staff was friendly. A great addition to OKC food scene

    Nice review.

Food looks good but really speaks to how far OKC has come in the last 10 years or so that a place really has to hit on a all cylinders to be successful.

Bar seating is now open. We went last night around 5-6:30 and there were open seats the whole time.

Yes, thanks for sharing. I'm eating dinner there tonight and I am definitely going to try the Lost in Translation that Jeepnokc talked about. Sounds tasty!

Went for lunch at 1:45pm and there were several empty tables, ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich by 1:55 and the food came out at 2:30. Food was good but 35 minutes for a two uncomplicated sandwiches is excessive.

I'm going to bet this place isn't cheap.

Not sure I'd judge a place based on your experience at 2PM on Christmas Eve...

I had the opposite experience. Went a few weeks ago and we had our food in about 15 minutes. I don't think we ended up spending 45 minutes there total. I almost felt like they were trying to get rid of us it was so fast.

The food prices weren't THAT bad for that kind of place, though you're obviously paying a premium for the Ramsay name. The drink prices are where they really nail you though.
