Wow, that is going to look so incredibly different.

They had originally said Kitchen No. 324 would be open by the end of the year, but that doesn't look likely.

Last time I talked to tuck, he was talking Jan./Feb if I remember correctly.

Still shooting for early December. We don't need the entire building to be complete for us to open.

    I'll say!

Those panel systems go up quickly once the prep work is done.

Hard to believe Kitchen no. 324 plans to be open in a few months.

I hope that looks better in person because from the pictures it doesn't look that great. (that wasn't a direct reasponse to you sharksandwich - I just happened to use the same wording as you).

Once they're all up somebody needs to go back to NE 4th and take a skyline shot with the new Braniff glass and rest of the skyline rising over the newest apartment construction site.

Gonna be kinda hard to set up shop from there with the construction fence in the way, unless you're shooting off the roof of your car.

Great pics, Lazio85. Do you work at SandRidge? Or have a friend that works there on an upper floor office? That's an awesome vantage point.

SandRidge employees will begin moving into offices on the upper floors in 2013. The modern glass facade being added to the former alley side of the building is designed to match an amenities building set to be built this next year 120 Robert S. Kerr Ave. and other future additions to the SandRidge Commons.

Yes, I do and the vantage point is from our Community break room space on the 17th floor.

Maybe it's been answered, but is there more on the history of this building? Did it have anything to do with the airline of the same name?

At the top of this page, there's a tab for "Article". In about the middle of that page / tab, there's a link for the history of Braniff Airlines. Pete has done a lot of work to make the article page of the OKC-Pedia feature to be very informative.
