Is it just me or does this seem to be taking a long time. Pete do you know the timeline on this project?

It's not just you.

I know their stated goal was the end of summer and it doesn't look like that is going to happen.

It's on my list to go photograph this weekend and hopefully they have made good progress.

I’m closer to this project than anyone who posts on this board. I know the property management. One of my businesses is literally yards away. I walked through the site yesterday. I met the foreman. I still have zero understanding of the elapsed time on this project. That said, I’m excited for it.

I pass by it regularly and it has been moving so slow. Never a lot of crew working there. Just a couple of guys I feel.
It is taking forever
It is a very big space though and I’m excited about it !

They cannot possibly open until next spring at this point based on the concept. We would have to have an incredibly mild winter for it to not be a failure.
