Its pointing to a spot in the southern building, not the old Chicken Foot location at the front along Memorial. I give them a couple of years at most. That's really expensive space for an exercise business. We already had the cycle place turn into a Dave's Hot Chicken.

And how old is this rendering? It's on the 4th/Gaylord site where the affordable housing just broke ground. So confused what the purpose of posting this was.
