Wow. I doubt it will impact their holdings here in OKC since their properties are almost completely full with strong tenants.
I got an email from Bonobos that they're shutting down their Classen Curve store on 12/24.
Classen Curve is going to install several Rivian (very highly regarded electric truck company) charging stations.
I suspect this also means that Rivian will be doing some sort of showroom in Classen Curve.

Johnny Was, a high-end women's clothing store featuring vintage-inspired items, is planning to open in the old Bonobos spot.
Will be the first location in Oklahoma. Pretty high-end, as they are carried in Neiman Marcus and Saks. Their signature is embroidered items.

Received the following email from Zoe's Kitchen about their closing of this store. Any insight into who would be occupying this location?
To our valued guests at Classen Curve – After many years of serving fresh-made Mediterranean to your community, we will be closing our Classen Curve location on Wednesday, January 19, 2022. So, while goodbyes are hard – never fear, because we have nearby restaurants ready to serve you:
- Zoës Kitchen Quail Springs, 14110 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73134
- Zoës Kitchen Edmond, 1700 E Second, Edmond, OK 73034
We can’t thank you enough for choosing Zoës Kitchen and we hope you’ll visit our other locations to enjoy your favorite kabobs and treat yourself to our famous Yaya’s chocolate cake. You can also apply your earned Zoës Kitchen Rewards Stripes to future orders, so be sure to check your account for exact expiration dates. And if you need to feed a crowd, our catering menu is available at other locations. Sincerely,

I believe they'll do the Classen Curve first, and that it will be closed for a while to complete the change-over.
Perhaps the other 2 sites will be staggered.
Perhaps they will do a fire sale on mediocre hummus and flatbread to clear the inventory.

very good add.
Can't wait until Classen Curve + NHP fills up completely and then there's competition with Park Avenue District where high street stores fill up/move back n forth between the two. Then come OAK to be the third high shopping location for OKC.
Wonderful!
Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
Plans were filed to take out the two big fountains and replace with a new retail strip (tenants unknown) on the east side with more parking to the west.
It shows how successful this project has been since Washington Prime has taken over. They've filled it with a bunch of national tenants plus that great redo for BC Clark. I believe they have someone for the old Cafe 501 space as well but can confirm quite yet.
good deal
I know Soft Surroundings will be leaving after the first of the year. Company filed bankruptcy.
Anxious to know what they will have lined up for CC. Exciting for OKC! Also, waiting anxiously with additional New To Market establishments coming to the Oak since I live close by this development.
