Agree. And I am embarrassed to admit I just today thought the question of "why would any league award locations without an ownership group, franchise fee and arena agreed upon?" And why would they agree on franchise fee when team values are rising at incredible and unmeasurable amounts? And why not get multiple cities bidding, in order to drive up interest and price?
