Hopefully, although a lot of the dirtwork and sewer work was done months back, if not last year. Hopefully what you're referring to is new work, and the signs must be new because I was up there 2-3 weeks ago and they weren't up, so that's good.

Saw new pipes laying around and tractors digging. The new signs are up on the Penn and May sides. The 150th side still has the old sign. They are also redoing to street that runs next to the Greek church on Penn. Not sure if this is a city repair issue or prep for the new development.

make sure you don't go over the speed limit (40) on 150th btwn May and Penn... just sayin...

They might have changed the name due to an apartment development across Penn that I noticed was called Quail Springs Village.
Tuscana is a neat name but maybe a little too Disney- I liked the name incorporating the actual neighborhood moniker of Quail Springs.
I'm interested to see where this project goes over the next few years, it has really great potential
