Wow! The last time I drove by that lot I think it was just steel going up. Looks terrific.

Dirt started moving on this project in early April 2017.

Will be about 3.5 years from start to finish, and it was just a vacant lot.

It's always crazy to see the parking lot bigger than the building in such a great urban spot. Good infill overall.

Saw for lease signs but it looked quiet.
