Same store sales at QSM are half of what they are at PS. That's why when a national retailer is faced with having to choose one mall, they'll close their store at QSM and keep their store at PSM open. Case in point, Eddie Bauer, Abercrombie, etc. And if national retailers are only going to locate one store in the market, they'll choose PSM over QSM because of the much higher sales volumes. This really hurts QSM.

Dont think there is enough room out there for a movie theater. Also, they still have some out parcel lots that will most likely be the restaurants. This expansion will be more retail like the rest of the mall.

If it is in the second expansion zone in there original master plan it is probably too small a lot for that. Though they have several open spaces on the opposite side of the street that circles the mall

They should build a scissortail flycatcher bridge over I-40 and expand to the south side of the highway along the river, a theater will fit over there.

They're shrinking the one in the Galleria in Dallas. I had to drive to Houston to my clothes and shoes I wanted, because apparently they no longer carried mens ware, only purses! >_<

I do wish they would bring a Louis Vuitton though. . . :/

I was fired up about the Kenneth Cole outlet until I actually saw the apparel. Wow, that designer has slipped a few notches over the last few years. They still have good shoes, though.

Plupan, surely you could have the clothes shipped to you for less money than driving to Houston.

Most cloths anymore you actually have to try on unless you know how that line fits, not only do most companies have the own version of sizing (often off from the standard, generally smaller for vanity sizing) but many are not even consistent between different types of cloths they make. It use to be a bigger issue with womens cloths than mens, but now many brands in mens size are not the number of inches they claim.

I completely understand that but since he had particular clothes from a particular store that he wanted it is reasonable to assume that he knew what sizes he needed especially with shoes. When I go shopping I know what I want and in what size. I never have a problem with clothes that I don't try on first.

I had other reasons to drive down there, but you're probably right. The other problem is not being able too interact and feel what you're buying when purchasing online.

I was shopping at the Nike store in Santa Monica several weeks ago. Due to different materials and fits, I walked out with 2 Small shirts, 1 medium shirt, and 2 large shirts. All the same size after washing/drying, I usually wear a Medium shirt size.

Lets hope they add a lacoste and nautica. They need to add some decent places to eat at the shoppes, the food court is lackluster with the exception of Smashburger.

For some reason, I see Lacoste more for Penn Square.

At least they have a BJ's Brewhouse on the premises if you don't like the food court.

I never really thought about it like that. Guess it does make sense seeing as they carry a different clothes line than the other stores.

I was there Saturday and they had 50% off of about everything in the store I love when you can buy at half off. I brought four shirts for 95.00 when it was about 190.00 before the discount.

I wouLdN't be surprised if adidas was added, they've got that Eddie Bauer Pacsun and Bath and Body works at most Horizon group outlet malls.
