I was wondering the same thing but apparently it's a completely different ownership. That's going to confuse people a bit though. Hope it's good!

It's apparently the same ownership as Jimmy's Egg. So i'm sure plenty of folks will have their minds made up about that already.

"Wheel" is probably a common term to use for a round food (e.g. cheese) so I'm guessing that's the root of it, but who knows.
