Maybe even give him a little tiny key to the city to match the scale of the buildings.

I'm in college right now and I went to high school with a guy from Russia! I think his hometown is a few hours outside of Saint Petersburg.

There is the Church in Cyril OK (STS. CYRIL AND METHODIUS RUSSIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH).

Russian immigration came to Oklahoma with the land-runs primarily through Kansas - thus "Kremlin, OK in the western part of the state. Many of the Kansan - and Oklahoma Russians - were of German decent. German Mennonites who moved to Russia under "Peter the Great". Then because of anti-foreign bias in Russia moved to America. Opening lands that became the great "bread-basket" of America brought to Kansas and Oklahoma with their winter hardy Red-Russian wheat.

My apologies to Hartshorne OK, I was so use to Cyril that I did not bother to read my own post in detail to see that was the name of the Church - not the town.

Interesting though, it tells a story of how another group of Russians first came to Oklahoma.

He's asking for arials of the two parking garages, the Devon parking garage and its east counterpart. It probably wouldn't hurt to take or compile some exterior shots of them as well. I'm sure someone here will get to it RSam. Keep up the good work, it's incredible.

I'm glad OKC Talk is back up - a reader recently asked (Spartan, was it you?) whether there was a chance to convince the folks in charge if they can arrange a scholarship for Russian Sam to fly to OKC and show off his model at the creativity forum. For those interested, Meg Jackson is the marketing coordinator at Creative Oklahoma. Here is her email: mjackson@stateofcreativity.com

I notice the Skirvin has been added in this latest photo. Looks good!

Has anyone provided Sam with the photos of the parking garages that he requested?

One small positioning error that can easily be corrected is that the Liberty Bank building is shown accross the street from the Skirvin. That block needs to be turned 180 degrees around.

I actually like it better the way he has it. I wish that block was really positioned like that.

(although that isn't Liberty Bank that is out of place - it is the City Place building.)

Forgive me. That will always be the Liberty Bank Building to me even though I know that wasn't the original name (Ramsey Tower).
