It's April! Is there a tutorial on creating a new month?

    Crap... I always do that.

And no, but one of the mods is able to copy the format from the past month.

I wasn't calling you out, btw. Just remembered it's April. Where's Venture when you need him? Shouldn't he be turning his weather-watching attention back to Oklahoma now that it's spring?

Create a new month!? COOL! Let's call it "Stormtember." Or maybe "Hypetober."

    Huge fire in Woodward County…
Having hunted, fished and worked in the area of this fire I know that if it hasn’t already the wind shift will take this fire into areas where there are many deep ravines with millions of Cedar trees and in places sand hills…… where heavy equipment will have trouble negotiating.

This area really doesn’t have much in the way of a good road network or very much natural water to help fight fire.

This fire likely becomes a lot larger before its put out which could take several days until they see rain on Sunday or Monday?

We could see smoke from this fire in the greater OKC metro.

KFOR CH 4 at noon today indicated we could see a significant severe weather event next Wednesday.

These folks are going to need all the firefighting help that can be sent their way!
Strong winds, dry conditions fueling wildfires across Oklahoma | KFOR.com

    Woodward County

According to the Oklahoma Forestry services the blaze in Woodward County was caused by arcing power lines.
High winds up to 50mph caused those lines to arc, which sparked blazes in four different directions. Those fires quickly spread and then burned together.

Currently it is 55,308 acres and is 0% contained as of Wednesday afternoon. (4/6/16)
