I think Quail can do better, it just seems like mall managment there is set on finding stores that cater more to families, not professionals. That's fine, I guess.

That may very well be Quail Springs' Focus group of customers.

If you think about more singles and retirees live near Penn Square and more families live near Quail Springs. If you have driven around that area lately you would see that there are several existing and new housing additions that include all income levels of homes.
