No, the building just to the north of the dirt patch (with Forever 21) is new. That lot is still empty.

Hmm.. Well, I know there is now a Toys R Us and Forever 21, but I don't think they can fit much than two or three new stores in that new build. The only place that makes sense is to build on a parking lot or those two parcels close to Reno.

They will be filling empty spaces. The Mall has bought out some leases and not renewed a few others to make room for the new 10 stores. The mall owners are trying to upscale the offerings.

Vera Bradley is opening sometime in the spring at the outlet mall ( supposedly in the old Naarje space) and Le Gourmet chef is closing which is a shame because I liked going in there and getting free samples ( maybe they could open a WIlliams Sonoma outlet in its' place?).

There's a ton of dirt work being done on the Northeast portion of the mall (not the corner in of these pictures. Is that going to be more parking lot or is that more expansion?

I couldn't find a post but wanted to find out if anyone new directly across from the outlet mall South of I 40 there is a large parcel of land with two signs that are covered with a blue tarp. SO my question is does anyone know anything about this land who owns it or what is being built on this land. Is it going to be a retailer or a hotel.
