Wow I had no idea he was 91. Pretty impressive actually.
Was relatively in good health until a major stroke a few months ago.
An interesting story about Coach Gundy's son. To no surprise, he is considering going to OSU. To quote him from story:
“I like the idea of going to OSU,” Gunnar said. “I’ve been around it for a very long time – ever since I was a baby. I like Stillwater. I love OSU and the atmosphere and the people here. If I do get a chance to play here, I’d love it, but I’m still open to options. OSU kind of has my heart right now I’d say, because I do like the idea of staying here and playing.”
Going to OSU could put more pressure on himself or his father, but Gunnar knows that is part of the deal if he chooses to stay home.
“I think so, but I trust my dad will treat me like any other player, and I hope he does so, If that happens, then I hope that will work out. That would be pretty cool to play for him and have him coach me. He’s pretty much coached me my whole life, but actually having him in that position would be pretty cool for me and my family.”

Haven't seen this posted anywhere yet but this is a pretty cool way to open up O’Brate Stadium:

This ballpark is amazing.
Regardless of your political stance, it's pretty damn cool to have a former President throw out the first pitch of a brand new stadium. I was at OSU when W gave the commencement address. That was pretty cool as well.
And you're right about the ballpark, it's amazing. Robin Ventura also came back and is a student assistant coach (lol) and Matt Holliday came back and is a volunteer assistant coach. Josh Holliday has already done a good job since he's been hired and the future is looking even better.
O'Brate Stadium, $60 million, 3,900 chairback seat capacity.
A mugging on Jumpstreet.
Eddie Sutton, longtime Oklahoma State basketball coach, dies at 84
Eddie Sutton, a Hall of Fame basketball coach who led Oklahoma State to 13 consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, died in Tulsa, his family confirmed late Saturday night. He was 84.
As a Sooners fan, I never liked Edward Sutton since he made the Cowboys men's basketball team a great team over the years and killed my Sooners but he was a damn good coach! Rest in peace Sutton
Didn't know how good we had it in Stillwater till he was gone.
Grateful that he was able to accept the nomination into the hall, an award he so deserved.
Freshman told not to report as 3 players tested +.
Anybody care to comment on the mens basketball program?
Think Cade Cunningham is still coming to town?
