The Oklahoman reported this project is now dead and the land is for sale.
Pivot Project must be named so because they only seem to pivot their projects away from original plans or completion. Do we think this is how Alley North will end up?
Most people don't realize that Pivot Project recently lost 2 of its 3 original partners, David Wanzer and Ben Sellers.
Jon Dodson is the only one that remains and he's brought in a bunch of new people. They used to do a lot of historic renovations (Sunshine Cleaners, 1212 N. Hudson, Tower Theater) but are now focused on new construction (Classen 16, Alley North, office building at 11th & Hudson).

We have several incomplete pockets for housing and new street activation. Hopefully the right developer will pick up the pieces and take over.
