Yes, and was the entire time.

    Whitney McClendon was the proprietor.

Whitney, his daughter-in-law. And I think only their physical location closed, website's still up and the wording on the window note seemed to indicate that (can't find the pic right now to verify).

Provision had said on their website they will still continue, just not in a physical store.

I live a half a mile from the Buffalo Wild Wings on Danforth and it has been a dump for the last 5 years, pretty sad but I would actually drive out of my way to the one on I-35/2nd St. It was always dirty (border line disgusting) and very smoky. I was hoping they would just shut it down for a few months and do the update like the other locations. I'm looking forward to hearing where the new location will be that Pete was alluding to.

Although it was less than a mile from my house, I rarely went there because the driver-thru was laid out so poorly.

Great concept, abysmal location. I'm surprised it lasted this long.

From the reviews it also caught flack for their menu design? It was a place I had my eye on for awhile though.

Since it was so close, we ate there once to try it out to see if it would make our rotation. We were the only ones there on a Saturday early afternoon. The pulled pork was delicious.

Is Jimmy's Egg local? I thought it was a national chain.

I found thins out the hardway. We went there for lunch around the beginning of the year and they had a bunch of construction stuff there, so we thought they were renovating. Tried to go again a couple weeks ago and saw they were completely closed.

I always thought the layout was very awkward. Never packed, but never empty either.

I didn't see it on the list, but Peter Pipers Pizza off I-40 and Sunnylane closed awhile ago.

The same owner is opening a new concept: Cafe 106, Simple & Casual (breakfast and lunch).

The Fit Pig closed some time ago.

Briefly tried to rebrand as The Taco Shop, but they have been completely closed since the end of last year.

Chic fill a has been closed a couple weeks. They are obviously doin a whole renovation on what is basically a brand new building. My assumption is that they do an insane...crazy insane amount of business that they are probably doing flooring and streamlining he drive thru operation.

Did they have a food truck? I feel like I have seen their name on a food truck in the past.

Wanted to clarify, are you speaking of the Chick-fil-a on N May and 63rd?

You may be thinking of The Flying Pig which is a BBQ truck.
