    Hey:..........don't give Prunepicker anymore "Fodder" or throw anymore fuel on the fire.....I can see it now....Man "dragging" upright bass into Western Union Office arrested for solicitation.......or, Man with upright bass looking for a Massage...News tonight at 10:00 "Stay tuned"......My son would probly end up being the News Camera guy......Sheesh what's the world coming to????

    But I was taking requests for tunes! I didn't know she was... I mean it was
    only a... She said she was a dancer and we'd split the tips... Nothing
    happened! I wasn't really there... My head hurts... Where am I? Why am

    Would somebody call Prunette and tell her about the bail coupons in the back
    of the phone book? But nothing else!

    OK guys. Reading all these posts about chicken made me hungry, then Prunepicker getting 'virtually' busted for dragging his bass to a chicken place near a massge parlor kinda threw me off track..LOL
    The very best was back in the day when Momma would put a pot of water on to boil and Daddy would go out in the backyard wring a few chicken's necks, dunk em in the boiling water, pluck em, cut em up and cook em in a big old iron skillet. There were too many kids for us to go out to eat. I don't think I ever ate chicken in restaurants until I was grown.

    My Dad was raised on a farm and he said they seldom ate chicken. Plenty of eggs chowed down on , but few chickens.

    They were a "cash crop"
