The 2023 Draft will depend on the Thunder's finish. Most predict (without Chet) a finish no higher than 28.
I expect the Thunder to finish higher than 28. Utah, San Antonio, Charlotte, Houston, Detroit, Indiana, and Orlando are all in the running for those last few spots.
Gilgeous-Alexander (hip) has been ruled out Tuesday against the Clippers.
Josh Giddey sustained a right ankle injury in the second game against Minnesota, exiting in the third quarter.
Jalen Williams underwent surgery to address a right orbital bone fracture, the team announced.
Chet Holmgren will be out for the 2022-23 season after the team announced he suffered a Lisfranc injury to his right foot.

Recalculating . . .
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been upgraded to active ahead of the game against the Clippers tonight.
Shake it Shai.

OKC's Shai among West's top 4 guards in voting for NBA All Star Game.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
The first fan voting returns for the 2023 NBA All-Star Game were revealed Thursday, which showed that Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander received the fourth-most votes among Western Conference guards.
Early voting reveal, West's top four guards.
1. Stephen Curry , Golden State Warriors
2. Luka Doncic, Dallas Mavericks
3. Ja Morant, Memphis Grizzlies
4. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, OKC Thunder
Fans account for 50% of the vote to determine the starters for the All-Star Game. Players and select media both account for 25% of the vote.
It’s important to remember that the fan, player and media vote is for All-Star starters only. The 30 NBA coaches will choose the All-Star reserves.
That is mighty good company for our young star!
Pretty fair although I’d say Luca is easily #1 followed by SGA

Aleksej Pokusevski

Wish you guys the best on rehab and recovery.
Shai Gilgous-Alexander has NBA All Star caliber game.
The NBA announced tonight (02/02/2023) that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been named a Western Conference All Star Reserve.
SGA received more than two million fan votes and support from NBA coaches.
The NBA announced the official rosters for the 2023 Jordan Rising Stars event. This is the league's annual showcase for young talent and potential future All-Stars, with 28 rookies, sophomores and G League players competing on Friday, February 17, in Salt Lake City, UT.
Oklahoma City will be represented by rookie Jalen Williams and sophomore Josh Giddey as part of this 28-man roster.
Josh Giddey is shooting 48.5% from the floor and 32.6% from 3-point range, up from 41.9% and 26.3% a season ago. His off-season commitment has been evident.
Jalen Williams has been critical for the Thunder on both sides of the floor, and is regularly starting night in and night out. He’s been everything Oklahoma City could’ve hoped for to this point and is deserving of a spot on the Rising Stars roster.

Continue to wish you guys the best in Rehab & Recovery.
Shake it, Shai
Muscala just got traded away for picks and Justin Jackson.
This to me is playoffs whiteflag unless there is some crazy Presti moves coming in the next few hours.
I would not be surprised to see SGA shut down after the ASG.
Presti waiving J. Jackson and actively looking to move the picks.
Looks like Darius Bazley is headed to the Suns in exchange for a 2nd and Dario Saric.
Justin Jackson signed a 1 year / $2,133,278 contract with the Boston Celtics, including $2,133,278 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $2,133,278. In 2022-23, Jackson will earn a base salary of $2,133,278, while carrying a cap hit of $1,836,090 and a dead cap value of $1,836,090.

Highly skilled, smart, and smooth. Has the height of a power forward and the skills of a guard. Capable of taking charge of the offense as both a scorer and distributor, and can score well in multiple ways (in transition, from the arc, and posting up). A good rebounder too. Instinctive overall, and moves well when away from the ball. Not explosive athletically or very long of limb, factors limiting him a bit defensively. Despite good fundamentals he can be mistake-prone (as both a passer and committing fouls).
Welcome to Oklahoma City, Justin Jackson and Dario Saric . . .
Ahead of Thursday's 3 p.m. ET NBA trade deadline, the Phoenix Suns reportedly acquired forward Darius Bazley from the Oklahoma City Thunder.
ESPN Oklahoma City Thunder roster should update in a few days: https://www.espn.com/nba/team/roster...a-city-thunder
