Thanks for posting them Pete!
OKC is starting to look like a real city.
This.
What I really meant is that the urban fabric is starting to come together very nicely. It is starting to become an continuous urban area around downtown instead of islands of developments in a sea of empty lots. The empty lots are being defined by the buildings around them instead of buildings standing space.
I looked at their web site and they don't have any floor plans showing. Or maybe I just didn't see the ilnk. I'm curious what these will look like inside.
That was like perfect timing for you to ask that OSUMom. Lol
I've never really looked at them but I'm definately going to check these out.
Well, I'm not going to feel bad about posting this; I was on the VIP list but it's not like you have to put in a password to see this. The VIP thing was more about getting your name at the top of a pre-leasing list anyway. AND... this link didn't work for a while after the initial VIP launch a month ago ANYWAY (until the last couple of days). LOL

That's what I call VIP service right dur. Thanks mcca7596.
LOL for sure, thank level's url though.
Well, the url too. =) lol
Oh, cool. Thank you and and url!
Cool new signage before the Downtown Design Review Committee:
I like the color accents on the building, like the green wall and the pops of color underneath the overhangs*. If I understand correctly, each side of the building will feature a different accent color that they've pulled from the surrounding neighborhood.
From today... Look at how this neighborhood is really coming together: Level, Aloft, the Clark Building in the foreground and you can see the ground level of Maywood Lofts being readied for Hefner Companies:
Making great progress:
Woo! When April comes, I'll upload pictures of my view from INSIDE those apartments.

P.S. Not on topic but just want to note that the article states that Gary Brooks hopes to start on the Edge next August, that's earlier than I thought.
Other interesting parts of that article:
Level will include 228 units. One-bedroom units will range from $850- $1,150 per month, and two-bedroom units will range from $1,190-$1,500 per month. McKown says, so far, no one has scoffed at the prices.McKown plans to have 58 units finished and ready to lease in April. The entire project is set for completion next fall.
Those are very good prices for the location. I'd think they will escalate quickly in the coming years. That seemed to be the bad thing about living downtown--your rent was sure to go up year to year. I checked in at Legacy out of curiosity a few weeks ago, and the type of 1-bedroom apartment I'd lived in has gone up $175/month since I lived there (almost 3 years ago).
