I've heard rumors Chespeake might be buying the Bruno's buildings as well. That would be another option for an Urban Outfitters, I believe, if it's true.

5100 N. Penn is Red Carpet Car Wash.
Why the heck would Goodwill own it and why would CHK buy it?
That would make a great location for stand alone container store.
Thanks for the correction. The property is at 5101
That's the small office building on the SW Corner that Goodwill has owned for quite a while.
I suspect this is part of a trade that CHK is attempting for another property near it's campus... Maybe with the tenants in the Glenbrook West or even the old school at the SW corner of 63rd & Western.
I saw that in the paper. Anyone have an idea what they're going to do with this? (I have my own insane speculation, but I'll save it for a day or so.)
I can almost guarantee this property will be used for trade-out for something near their campus...
Betcha we see something on this in the press soon.
What Pete said. Or a medieval castle or giant oil derrick observation platform/urban outfitters.
You can see on the WF construction cam that CHK already has a lot of it's trees wrapped for Christmas. And since they now own the building on the SW corner of 63rd and Western, the lights go all the way to 63rd on both sides of the street.
Already up!?!?!? COOL!
chesapeake already owns the old school building at 63rd and western it closed quite awhile back.
A new crane popped up today on the WF construction cam...
Looks like it's on the north side of 63rd just west of Western. Anybody know what is going on?
Here are a few pics I snapped on my way home last night, they are low-quality, but you get the idea for those of you who can't see the trees in person, this is only a very, very small percentage of them.
There is significant retail presence along Western within 1 mile though. The current lineup of businesses along Western Avenue are exactly the mix that UO likes to gravitate toward.
I enjoy seeing Chesapeake's lights every year. They do such a bang-up job of those each Christmas and I for one appreciate the dash of color.

You can see today on the WF construction cam that they are once again working on the demolition of Glenbrook Centre West.
I like the red dirt color. It fits that part of town quiet well this time of year.
They are ripping the Glenbrook Center to shreds today. I will be gone in days.
Here's a screen capture of the Glenbrook Centre East demolition in progress.
Many, many fond memories there at the Varsity, Tony Roma's and way back when, Michael's Plum.
Wow!
We have got to work on getting a undercover Chesapeake agent into AM's office to let us know his grand development plans.
Pure speculation here: I'd like to see a development similar to Dallas' West end - perhaps anchored by Nordstrom. I'd also like to see a Landmark Theater in this area. These things would bolster Whole Foods and Classen Curve, and would fill significant voids in the OKC market in upscale retail and independent cinema.
