    Right...so it doesn't net really help my situation, I guess that's why I was confused by what you said unless you are saying it will benefit me if I do move further South. Which you would be correct in that and is something to consider.

    Given though how slow construction takes to finish after design and planning I wouldn't get your hopes up though. I bet if they even started planning today we would be lucky to see it start construction this decade.

    They're out there doing test drilling of the ground. I bet that as soon as this project is given the go ahead, ground work will be getting done.

    I've been wondering the same. I have a drive I take every Friday or Saturday to check out a number of projects on the west side of the city, and have been waiting to see some sort of movement happening here. I know Amazon cancelled or delayed a number of warehouses or openings, but I don't know if this is one of them.

    We won't know if it's going forward until they start work.

    It may have been shelved.
