Since I lived on the other side of Denver, other than some of the downtown places I don't know anything about the area except that is where the airport is. Be sure to pick up the weekly Westword, it is their version of the Gazette. If you are into music, like Portland most bands go to Denver (Or Boulder), so there is always something to do.
