    Crazy Train -- Ozzy
Whole Hearted -- Extreme (met my hubby when that song was playing)
The Dance -- Garth Brooks (the first song we ever danced to)
The Way You Look Tonight -- Frank Sinatra
Live Like You Were Dying -- Tim McGraw (my mother-in-law is dying and she wants my husband's band to sing this at her funeral)

Good picks, Terrared. As you've probably noticwed by now, feel free to add/modify your selections. 5 is too limiting, but I can't change the title of the thread.

Ozzy: Now that brings back some memories.

I agree... 5's a very small # when you are talking about music! Here's my "starter" list...

"Say 'I Love You' in a Song" - Jim Croce
"Come a Little Bit Closer" - Jay & The Americans
    "Yesterday" - Beatles
    "Happy Together" - Turtles
    "The Change" - Garth Brooks
"Going to Change the World" - Chris Cornell
    "The Difference" - Matchbox Twenty

O.K... so I know that's a little more than 5.. and I could've added so many more! To semi-quote a movie.. "I could no sooner pick a favorite star in the heavens!"...

Reducing your favs to five is such a "cruel, cruel" rule this "summer."

I Wanna Know what Love Is (Foreigner)

Tangled up in Blue is one of my all time favorites that ya never hear on the airwaves anymore, except maybe on Sunday morning over easy.

Another great "blue" song is King of Blue by Miles Davis. That album, a good magazine/book and some red wine is a great combination for those days when you just want to unwind a bit.

I'm listening to Firefall's greatest hits right now. If you want to move your CDs to your computer, I highly recommend iTunes available from Apple Computer at itunes.com. The interface is phenomenal, it has an integrated music store for purchasing music legally (some with videos, too) and it lets you make playlists and even burn custom compilation CDs.

Good song sung by a great actress. Today I visited the International Photography Hall of Fame and Museum and caught a glimpse of Ms. Audrey Hepburn. Upstairs at the Omniplex is good adult fodder.

I heard November Rain a few days ago, and it made me think, it is for Guns and Roses what Stairway to Heaven is for Led Zeppelin, Hotel California for the Eagles, and Freebird for Lynyrd Skynryd - the long definitive piece.

This morning the rain has down. I need some Rattleshake Shake from a great band with Peter Green, Danny Kerwin, Jeremy Spencer and two other guys ... John McVie and Mick Fleetwood, years before Fleetwood Mac jumped the pond and formed a supergroup with Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham in California.
